An innovative media-based educational program to help

participants develop positive life skills.

Discover innate strengths and understand the possibility of attaining personal peace.
Developed by the Prem Rawat Foundation, these customised workshops

are non-religious and non-sectarian.

This is an innovative, educational media based program that will assist participants to discover innate strengths and understand the possibility of attaining personal peace.


The curriculum consists of 10 sessions, each focusing on a particular theme. The themes are:
